Shipping & Delivery
Delivery takes between 4 to 7 business days. This includes 1 to 3 days for processing and 3 to 4 days for shipping and transit.
Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

Yes. Since we work with multiple suppliers, items in a single order may arrive separately on different days, but all within the 4–7 business day delivery window.
Returns & Refunds
You can request a return within 2 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and include the original receipt or proof of purchase.

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items – Full refund, no fee For other reasons (e.g., change of mind) – ₹100 restocking fee is deducted from the refund
Refunds are processed within 7 days after the returned item is approved. Refunds go to the original payment method. For Cash-on-Delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer.
